Types of Nickel Alloy Elbows We Supply
Our inventory covers the full spectrum of industrial pipe routing requirements, from standard butt-weld connections to high-pressure forged socket-weld fittings.
90° Elbows (LR & SR)
The most common fitting for altering flow by 90 degrees. Available in Long Radius (LR) for smooth flow and minimal friction, and Short Radius (SR) for tight-clearance installations.
45° Elbows
Used for partial changes in direction. These elbows create significantly less friction and pressure drop than a 90° elbow, ideal for critical chemical transport lines.
180° Return Bends
Designed to completely reverse the direction of fluid flow. Widely utilized in the fabrication of heating coils, condenser tubes, and highly corrosive chemical heat exchangers.
Forged Socket & Threaded Elbows
High-pressure, small-bore elbows (up to 4 inches) manufactured to ASME B16.11. Supplied in 3000#, 6000#, and 9000# pressure classes for critical instrumentation and sampling lines.
