Butt-Weld Pipe Caps
The standard fitting for permanently sealing the end of a pipe run. Welded directly to the pipe bevel, providing a leak-proof and highly secure dead-end for extreme-pressure chemical and marine lines.
Forged Socket-Weld Caps
Designed for small-bore piping (typically 2" and under). The pipe is inserted into the cap's recessed area before fillet welding, offering excellent structural strength in high-vibration environments.
Forged Threaded Caps (NPT)
Featuring internal NPT threads for quick installation and removal. Ideal for temporarily capping off lines, creating maintenance access points, and sealing low-pressure instrumentation tubing.
Hemispherical / Dished Heads
Large-diameter, heavy-wall end caps utilized for sealing large pipe manifolds, chemical reactor vessels, and high-pressure storage tanks fabricated from corrosion-resistant superalloys.
