Nickel Alloy Pipe Tees
Branching fluid flow in high-pressure chemical processing or offshore oil & gas systems introduces massive stress concentrations at the joint. 28Nickel manufactures and supplies premium nickel alloy pipe tees engineered to withstand severe corrosion, aggressive acidic environments, and extreme thermal cycling without failure, ensuring the lifetime integrity of your piping network.
Available Alloy Grades for Tees
To prevent galvanic corrosion and ensure uniform expansion rates across your pipeline, your fittings must precisely match your pipe material. We supply tees seamlessly formed or welded from the industry's most advanced corrosion and heat-resistant superalloys.

Types of Nickel Alloy Tees We Supply
Our inventory covers all standard industrial branching requirements, from smooth-flow butt-weld connections for large diameter lines to high-pressure forged fittings for instrumentation.
Equal Tees (Straight Tees)
The most common branching fitting. The branch diameter is identical to the run (header) diameter, designed to divide or combine fluid flow evenly while maintaining consistent line pressure.
Reducing Tees
Featuring a branch diameter that is smaller than the main run diameter. Essential for supplying fluid to smaller sub-systems and equipment without needing an additional reducer fitting.
Barred Tees (Scrapper Tees)
Critical for oil & gas pipelines utilizing "pigging" operations. Welded bars inside the branch prevent the cleaning pig from dropping into the intersecting pipe while allowing fluid to pass.
Forged Socket & Threaded Tees
High-pressure, small-bore tees (typically under 2 inches) manufactured to ASME B16.11. Supplied in 3000#, 6000#, and 9000# pressure classes for critical chemical sampling and instrumentation lines.
