Our Standard Parts division supplies high-quality, pre-engineered cast components in premium nickel alloys. Designed for rapid deployment in chemical processing, marine, and power generation industries, these parts meet rigorous ASTM A494 specifications for pressure and corrosion resistance.
- Available Grades: CW-12MW (C-276), M-35-1 (Monel), CW-6MC (Inconel 625).
- Components: Valve bodies, Pump casings, Impellers, Flanges.
- Quality: Radiographic and Dye Penetrant inspected.
- Pressure Class: Compatible with ASME B16.34 ratings.
We hold existing patterns and tooling for a wide variety of standard industrial flow-control components. This significantly reduces lead times compared to custom fabrication.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
All pressure-retaining castings can be supplied with Radiography (RT) and Dye Penetrant (PT) testing to ensure structural integrity.
Heat Treatment
Castings undergo solution annealing to homogenize the grain structure and maximize corrosion resistance according to ASTM standards.
Machining
Parts can be supplied "As-Cast" or fully machined to final tolerances, ready for assembly into your system.
