Types of Nickel Alloy Studs We Supply
We cut and thread our studs directly from high-quality superalloy bar stock, ensuring superior axial strength. We accommodate personalizado lengths, chamfered ends, and specific thread pitches for critical industrial applications.
Fully Threaded Studs
Continuous thread from end to end. This is the undisputed standard for mating standard ASME/ANSI flanges, allowing for heavy hex nuts to be applied on both sides for even tensioning and secure sealing.
Double-End Studs
Featuring threads on both ends with an unthreaded shank in the middle. Designed for high-strength bolting where nuts are used on both ends, often utilized in heavy rotating machinery and custom pressure vessels.
Tap-End Studs
Designed with a short thread on one end (to be permanently screwed into a tapped hole in a heavy casting or engine block) and a longer thread on the other end to accept a nut.
Threaded Rods (All-Thread)
Supplied in standard 1-meter, 3-foot, or custom long lengths. Plumbers and pipefitters cut these on-site to create custom-length studs for securing heavy corrosive pipeline hangers and supports.
