Forged Profiles & Engineering Advantages

Forged Blocks (Rectangular/Square)
Massive solid blocks created through multi-directional forging. This "kneading" process refines the grain structure throughout the entire cross-section. Essential for machining extreme-pressure fluid control manifolds, pump casings, and blowout preventers (BOPs).
Upset Forged Discs (Round Blanks)
Manufactured by compressing a billet along its vertical axis (upsetting). This creates a highly desirable radial grain flow radiating from the center. The mandatory choice for massive heat exchanger tube sheets, heavy blind фланцы, and aerospace turbine discs.
Elimination of Porosity
Unlike large castings which are prone to shrinkage voids and gas porosity, our heavy forgings are fully consolidated under thousands of tons of pressure, guaranteeing a 100% leak-proof structure for critical containment systems.

We supply forgings in the "as-forged" condition or rough-machined (proof machined). Rough machining removes the tough outer forging scale, saving your CNC tools from excessive wear and revealing a clean surface for final precision turning.
