Nickel Alloy Nuts
Secure your most critical connections with high-performance nickel alloy nuts. Designed to perfectly mate with our superalloy bolts and studs, these nuts resist thread galling, maintain clamp load at extreme temperatures (up to 1600°F), and provide absolute immunity in severe corrosive environments like offshore platforms and chemical processing plants.
Available Alloy Grades for Nuts
Matching the nut material to the bolt or stud is essential to prevent galvanic corrosion and ensure uniform thermal expansion. We manufacture nuts in a complete range of nickel superalloys, ensuring your joint remains secure under any operational stress.

Types of Nickel Alloy Nuts We Supply
Whether you are securing a standard flange or assembling a high-vibration aerospace turbine, we supply the exact nut profile required to maintain joint integrity.
Finished Hex Nuts
The standard six-sided nut used for general industrial fastening. Precision machined or forged to ensure smooth threading and reliable torque application in corrosive environments.
Heavy Hex Nuts
Slightly wider and thicker than standard hex nuts. These are the mandatory choice for mating with fully threaded studs in high-pressure piping flanges and heavy-duty valves.
All-Metal Lock Nuts
Prevailing torque lock nuts (such as Stover or flex-top styles) designed entirely from metal, as nylon inserts melt at the extreme temperatures where nickel alloys operate. Prevents loosening under severe vibration.
Jam Nuts & Flange Nuts
Jam nuts (thin profile) are used to "lock" a primary nut in place. Flange nuts feature a built-in washer base to distribute pressure evenly over oversized or slotted holes.
