Invar® 36
Invar 36은 36% 니켈-철 합금으로, 탄소강의 약 10분의 1에 불과한 낮은 열팽창 계수로 유명합니다. 최대 400°F(200°C)의 일반 대기 온도 범위에서 거의 일정한 치수를 유지합니다.
Invar 36은 온도 변동으로 인한 치수 변화를 최소화해야 하는 애플리케이션에 필수적입니다. 정밀 레이저 장비부터 항공우주 복합 금형에 이르기까지 Invar 36은 부품의 형상을 일관되게 유지하여 오정렬, 뒤틀림 또는 응력 축적을 방지합니다.
