Nickel Alloy Slip-On Flanges
When ease of installation and precise pipe alignment are critical, Slip-On 플랜지 (SORF / SOFF) offer a versatile and cost-effective solution. 28Nickel manufactures premium forged nickel alloy slip-on flanges designed to slide directly over your piping before being secured with internal and external fillet welds. They are widely utilized in lower-pressure chemical processing, marine cooling lines, and fluid transport systems.
Available Alloy Grades for Slip-On Flanges
To maintain the integrity of your entire piping network, your flanges must match the corrosion resistance of your pipe. We supply slip-on flanges forged from the most reliable superalloys, ensuring your joints survive exposure to saltwater, harsh acids, and high temperatures.

Engineering Profile of Slip-On Flanges
Slip-on flanges feature a bore size slightly larger than the outer diameter (OD) of the connecting pipe, allowing the pipe to easily slide into the flange prior to welding.
Easier Alignment
Because the pipe slides into the flange, operators have a greater margin for error when cutting the pipe to length. This makes alignment during pipeline fabrication significantly faster and easier than with 용접 넥 플랜지.
Double Fillet Welds
The flange is secured to the pipe by two fillet welds—one on the outside (at the hub) and one on the inside (near the face)—providing sufficient strength and leak prevention for moderate-pressure applications.
Cost-Effective Forging
Slip-on flanges generally require less complex forging and machining than weld neck flanges, resulting in a lower initial component cost, making them highly economical for lower-risk fluid lines.
Application Considerations
Due to the space between the pipe end and the flange face, they are not recommended for highly abrasive media or severe cyclic conditions, as the internal gap can be susceptible to crevice corrosion.
| 사양 카테고리 | 세부 정보 및 표준 |

| 치수 표준 | ASME / ANSI B16.5 (Up to 24"), ASME B16.47 Series A & B (Large Diameter) |
| 일반적인 압력 등급 | 150#, 300#, 600# (Slip-on flanges are rarely used in classes above 600# due to structural limitations compared to weld neck flanges). |
| Pipe Fitment | Bore is machined to accommodate the Outer Diameter (OD) of the pipe. (Note: Pipe schedule does not affect the flange bore for slip-ons). |
